Ashli - AAA Lighting Challenge

This is my take on Academy of Animated Art Lighting Challenge - Ashli!
I am using cyberpunk 2077 as my main reference. I want to create a dark yet colorful and vibrant atmosphere. This is a really fun lighting practice.
